  Brewsters (The LaVista/Toco Hills location) did our ice cream sundae bar. It was a great success. Kathy is the woman I worked with and she was great!

  I would try Morelli's ice cream.  I'm pretty sure they cater.  They have the most unique flavors in town!

  Westide Creamery is absolutely wonderful!! They usually cater events out of the truck but are super great to work with and I'm sure would work out an ice crema bar idea. http://www.westsidecreamery.com/
