I'm so scared about tomorrow.  I'm afraid of what could and what might happen!  I can't even imagine how FI feels on the inside... to know that he lost his legs at the hand of a DR who may not even be found guilty of a MISDEMEANOR case... Not even a felony but a misdemeanor... how/?? But if he had died, then charges would be different... I just don't get it!!! The man has no legs! I just want this to all be over!  I just pray this man gets some punishment... whether it's his measly $500 fine or probation... SOMETHING!  Thanks for letting me vent ladies!

    I'll hope for at least 3 months in jail so that he has a record for the rest of his life, the jerk. And five years probation.  And an alcohol leg-bracelet thingie like the one Lindsey Lohan wears so that he could be humiliated.  And a $10,000 fine so that it could HURT. 

    Okay. I'm done.  Good luck hun, and I will pray for the best. :)

    ooh I'm sorry hunny, I can't imagine how frustrating this must be to deal with! Sending vibes that the jerk gets what he deserves, that's just not fair for him to walk away without any punishment!!!

    I wish some of those were even in our realm of possibility for punishment... I belive it's $500 or probation...  then hopefully we can go to the AMA board as well.

    yea something about our justice system sometimes doesnt seem very just....sorry to hear about this...i hope he gets probabation and that he learned from this and hopefully no one else will get hurt because of this man!!! THis is horrible sorry vibes to the both of you!

    Lacey if you go to page 4 of the posts and read NWR: Vibes & prayers needed majorly! Ugh...(LONG) it kinda explains it.  I think you were moving to NY at the time.

    Thanks to all the ladies for their support.  There will be one last interview tonight on Ch. 5 at 11 with Jay Cashmere before trial tomorrow... 

    Just thinking about it makes me want to puke.
