Limo

Who's going in the limo with you to your ceremony?

Re: Limo

  • Sorry, no help here.  Our reception is at our ceremony site....which brings me to the problem of figuring out transportation for after!  In weddings I've been in with a limo, the whole wedding party was in it with the B&G.  It makes sense since usually it takes them to other locations for pictures....plus it's a time to let loose!

  • Just our adult wedding party (BM's and GM).  No children WP members.  We have a party bus with a fully stocked bar.  I don't think it's appropriate for the kiddos to ride in a party bus with a stripper pole by themselves while the adults around them are boozin it up on the way to the wedding.  I'm not babysitting so they can ride with their parents.

  • We are we got a H2 hummer limo! Can't wait its going to be amazing!
  • Just me and my kids (17 and 19) on the way to the ceremony and just me and my husband from the chapel to the reception site. I made arrangements for the kids to ride with someone else so we could have some alone time.
Just my two cents! Penny L G M
  • Either FI and I since we're doing a first look or me and my Dad.

  • Me and my Dad (and maybe my sister) to the ceremony and just me and my FH back to the reception.
  • All of the wedding party. (still deciding on flower girl and ring bearer)  For my friend's wedding last August, the fg and rb rode and it was pretty cute how the groom's little sis (fg) was SO excited to be in it.  My little sis would love it too!  I think it'd be worth it for her to be there!
  • We're not having a limo before the ceremony, but from the ceremony to the reception. It will be FI and I and the rest of the BP.

We're not having a limo before the ceremony, just getting dressed at the church. Actually we're not having a limo at all. I finally caught up with a guy who used to attend regularly and knew me when I was little. He has a 1950's Chevy Skyline and he is going to drive FI and me to the reception. When I asked him how much he said that since he's known me and my family for so long (and it's the car's first wedding gig) he isn't going to charge us : I do have to come up with a back up plan b/c sometimes after running for a while it doesn't like to start lol. Glad I know ahead of time.

  • The bridesmaids and myself are going to the ceremony, along with my granny who has never been in a limo and is dang excited about it.

We have a 17 person stretch SUV
  • I'm having the girls and the photographer ride with me to the ceremony.  The full wedding party and the photographer will ride to the reception, our limo holds 22.

  • Our ceremony and reception are at the same place... so I am being driven to the site by Fi's uncle in his minivan LOL (WHOOO FANCY lmao)

FI is driving his 1984 souped up Monte Carlo SS with my son...(Jr Groomsman in charge of bubbles) he is 12...

after to come back home after the wedding FI and I will climb into the monte carlo... it is white, it is nice :D and it is LOUD hehe
  • I'm not sure yet (we still need to rent a limo - to do for this weekend!).  It will probably be me and the BMs that are getting ready at my parents' house before the ceremoney and then ceremony to reception (with pictures in between) would be all of the adults in the wedding party.
  • To the ceremony/reception site it will be me, my bridesmaids, my parents and (I think) my future in-laws. When we're heading back to the hotels at the end of the night, it will be the bridal party, me, hubby (!) and groomsmen.

  • I wish this was something we could afford...and let's pretend it was..it would be all WP, and our photographer. If we had room our parents that were there as well which will be prob just my mom and his mom and dad..but his dad is the bm so he's WP anyway. I not sure my step dad plans to come early for any pictures or anything...I need to ask him I guess.

  • ugh NOT doing a limo.  i think people typically just have the bride and BMs in the limo to the ceremony.
