Go to File />Save for Web and Devices

It'll save a copy of the file that is at screen resolution(72ppi) instead of print resolution(150 to 300ppi), which will greatly reduce your file size

On the right-hand side of the window that opens, there is a dropdown called "Metadata" - select "None." (Photoshop includes a ton of extra data along with the image data, so if you select "None" it will greatly reduce your file size.)

    Hope this helps!
