table numbers - thoughts?

Hey ladies, I've been thinking about ideas for table numbers. I don't necessarily have a theme for my wedding but the feel is hopefully going to be romantic/fairy tale ish? It's at Cascade so ballroom. My FI and I were talking last night and he brought up possibly doing things related to Disney (rides from the parks, characters, hotels, etc) because we got engaged there in Cinderella's castle. We were thinking of having either pictures of us in the location/in front of the ride or just a printed pic of the ride if we don't have one with us in it. This could be in a frame with the name of the place/ride written on it.

I haven't firmed up the exact details. I guess I'm just looking for some feedback - do you like the idea? Have a way to make it really great? Have a different suggestion or something cool you're doing?

I love that idea and think it's very nice given where you were engaged!! For our table numbers we used used numbers but combined it with an idea I saw on Pinterest so for each number we have something about us as a couple, i.e. 1-Sport's team we can't agree on (Yankees for me, Red Sox for him) and I included a picture of us at a game with his Red Sox hat on and me in my Yankees hat, 5 things his side should know about her, 6 things her side should know about him, etc.

I love Disney, and think that table numbers is a great way to tie it in without going overboard. It'd be super cute to have pictures of you and your FI in front of rides or areas at Disney. One piece of advice, though, is I would still use numbers. For instance, table one could be Splash Mountain, so you'd have a picture of you at Splash Mountain, but put the number 1 in the corner of the picture. This way even guests who don't know Disney will still be able to find their tables.
