Trouble with the export/print this list feature in the guest list!

I have, like, 17 days left before my wedding and I need exports of my lists to send out things like - oh, I don't know - thank you notes, inviitations to the rehersal dinner, little things like that. It won't print or export! It keeps giving me some "Runtime Error" message!  What am I supposed to do?   Can someone help?

    I have no clue.  I didn't use any of the knot's wedding tools :( Sorry!  Maybe you can pm SMS the mod?

    I got the same thing happening to me (but I have a few more months to get final reports...but it scares me, for what if it happens then?!!

    Feedback@theknot.com told me I was doing something wrong, but I've created the reports MANY times before and the same way. And I've tried 2 diff. computers (mac / pc). The error is on their end.

    The only thing I can think of to help is if you take screen grabs of the list until it gets resolved. Please send an email to feedback@theknot.com to see if they can help us both!

    I'm having the same problem!  I emailed feedback but haven't heard back.  Has anyone had any luck since these posts?!!

    I figured it out.  You have to go to the advance tab.  Then they give you a list of people i.e starting with calligrapher.  If you click on Calligrapher it will export to excel with all the info you need.  Hope this helps everyone.

    I just found this out today too!...But it doesn't solve the problem of specific reports...ie: bachelorette / bridal shower...etc.  

    Hope its fixed soon! But at least there is a way to get around it!
