Inspire me ladies! We are having a difficult time choosing a honeymoon location. Entertain me and my imagination with a few questions?

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon?

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken?

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why?

1) Going to vegas in June for a confrence and then England in September for a friends wedding. No time or money to take an actual Honeymoon with all that going on.

2) Ireland. Absolutely loved it! Friendly people, great food and a very mild climate even in February. The history and culture is astonishigly beautiful!

3) I would be hitting up a world tour of Spain, Belgium and Germany to trace some of my family roots, and then on to Italy and Greece for the food and culture

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon?

Going to Eastern Europe - spending week in Greece first then touring Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Krakow and a bit of London.

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken?

Probably our trip to Western Europe - it was my graduation present to myself.

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why?

Australia/New Zealand! I'm trying to convince FI that we'll go after he finishes residency

1. We're going on a 5 day Carnival Cruise to Cozumel and Grand Cayman.

2. Probably a Carnival Cruise.

3. Paris or an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean or Mexico. Mostly because I would love to go to Europe, and would love to just go to an all inclusive for a week or so.

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon? Haven't finalized anything, but so far thinking we'll go up to the North Shore for a few days and hang out along Lake Superior.

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken? Probably to Vancouver, British Columbia. Such an eclectic, fun city.

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why? Go all across Europe. I haven't really been out of the country except to Canada.

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon?

12 days at The Royal Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken?

Beachy vacation: 9 night cruise to the Caribbean. We went to San Juan, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Tortola. It was perfect.

Non-beachy: Berlin. I absolutely LOVE this city and I would move there in a heartbeat. The people are amazing, the history is fascinating, and the food is delish.

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why?

African safari. It's my dream trip. I am dying to see lions in their natural habitat, zebras, elephants, giraffes. I also am dying to see the great whites near Seal Island. Unfortunately we can't afford it right now

1) We have a reservation for 3 nights at a B&B in Grand Marais for a little getaway. Steph - sounds like you have a similar idea!

2) Favorite trip? FI and I haven't taken any true vacations together. When my brother used to live in San Antonio my ex and I went a couple separate times and I liked it there.

3) If money were no object.........Europe. See the architecture and history!

Even though we arent getting married in May anymore I still like to lurk and post so here is mine

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon? Have not decided yet, we keep changing out minds. An all inclusive resort is an option, Nice/Monte Carlo is another option, and Ireland/Scotland/Wales is another. I would wouldnt mind 2 weeks in Italy. Or we may decide to skip one for the time being and put the money into our deposit for a house.

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken? FI and I went to Europe this summer for 16 days with another couple. It was so much fun, we started in London, then took the train to Paris, then went to Munich - then Amsterdam. We went back to London for a day then headed home. I wish we had been able to get Italy in there but it would have been too much money and too much time travelling. It was just so nice, it was FI's first time out of the country so it was a different experience for him. I loved going from one city to the next and getting to experience so much.

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why? Month long trip in Europe.

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon?
Although it's not finalized-2 weeks in Hawaii-Maui, Kuai, and Oahu

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken? Probably Italy. Florence and Rome. Added surprise perk: I do not like Red Wine but their Red wine was delicious. Although second runner up is the Atlantis in the Bahamas. An amazing resort.

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why? This is hard. I would say Bora but I think after 5 days I would be bored. If possible, I would start out going to Fiji and work my way back. Come over to Bora Bora and then Hawaii.

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon?

Flying to Tahiti and staying 5 nights in Moorea and then 3 nights in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora!

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken?

I did Semester at Sea during college, which was a 3.5 month cruise around the world. My favorite port was South Africa, the safari I went on was soo awesome. And there are so many other things to do there also. Table Mountain is beautiful, there's a beach with penguins on it, wine country, etc. I loved it!

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why?

For the Honeymoon probably the same thing but have more extravagant rooms. I also want to go to Italy, but at another time.

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon?
Cancun Mexico. 6 Nights 7 days at the Royal Cancun. Ah-maz-ing! We wanted to go somewhere we both haven't been and it's beautiful.

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken?
I didn't get to travel much growing up, but I want to now that I'm getting settled in my adult life! lol So my best vacations are always to Florida. Disney World was amazing, but not my cup of tea for a HM (we went with FI's family and he has a 3 year old niece so it was perfect).

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why?
Bora Bora or Tahiti. We've all seen those pictures of the beautiful little huts on the ocean. Yeah, that's our dream vacation. lol

1) Where are you going on your honeymoon? We are going to Thailand for 2 weeks. The FI travels a lot for a living so we had the miles to get there. I did a lot of research and found amazing deals on places to stay. We are going to 2 different locations.

2) What is the best vacation/trip you've ever taken? I backpacked through Europe when I was 20. I love adventure - I saved every last penny I could to go and it was 2 months of Heaven. I did it alone and I learned so much about myself and got to see Europe. 2 wins!

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why? Bora Bora. We looked into it and just the stay was so expensive that we said it would be a great 10 year anniversary place - and we would need 10 years to save!

London and Paris. I definitely want to go back, especially to England, visiting London and the countryside

3) If money weren't an issue, where would you go and why?

Hands down, Australia and New Zealand. I've always been intrigued by Australia and have dreamed about going there. The only other place I've dreamed about that much is a beach in the Caribbean and we're doing that for the HM!

Honeymoon Location: Cancun, Mexico - FI dad and SM have a timeshare so we are going for the cost of the flight and extra $$ to make it all inclusive for 6 nights

Best Vacation: The Bahama's only because I got to swim with Dolphins which has always been my dream

If Money were No Object : Italy & Greece, I would LOVE to go there and just tour Italy then head over to Greece and jump in the water!

Some of you are going on amazing honeymoons!! I like the idea of a west coast road trip a lot, melb; thanks for the idea!

FI and I are lucky to have both done a lot of international traveling (before we met)- we've even lived in 5 countries between us! We're not really beach people and a lot of the places we want to visit are in the Middle East, which won't happen until things seem a bit more stable. We are thinking of a "mini-moon" until we have some time/money to do a bigger trip.

My dream is absolutely to go to Antartica. The cheapest way to get there (that I've found) is to fly to Argentina and then take a $13k (each) cruise... so needless to say that's not happening anyyyy time soon. I'd also love to take the trans-siberian railway from St. Petersburg, Russia to Beijng, China, but that trip is also not cheap and requires time off that I currently do not have. Someday, hopefully!
