anyone used Island Sands Beach Weddings or any other wedding service (destin area)

Hi,

I will be coming from Arkansas into the Destin area during the week of March 21 and we were looking for "one stop shop" for our needs since I'm really stressed out trying to figure things out, hehe.

He's liking Island Sand Beach Weddings by the website and the tone of the planner's emails.  And trust me, we're had some rough emails from some companies when asking just the basic questions.  But I just wanted to know if anyone had any opinions of them or any others?  (can be good or bad ones)

Thanks!

like you, i dont live in fl and am trying to plan my destin area wedding online for now. so i dont know ab that company firsthand, but i checked the BBB website and cant find it listed at all. maybe you might be able to.   www.bbb.org
I would try using the BBB website as a starting point, bc even the places that arent BBB accredited at least have ratings listed so you can have some idea of how reliable companies are. there are so many companies listed there, that i wouldnt bother with a company that isnt listed. The website for that island sands looks nice, but this is one day of my life that im not gonna be trusting with.  :)

I have heard excellent things about Barefootweddings.net. They are actually based out of Ft Walton, but I am sure do Destin too. I did go to one wedding and it was awesome, the owner was the officiant and she was great! I cried, I laughed... heh

Here is my number one tip:

Living in Pensacola I have been to many weddings on the beach and getting mics so people can hear you IS A MUST!!
