My invitations are all mailed out! Wow!

We're getting married on the beach in Key West so I sprung for the more expensive glass message in a bottle invitations because we only have 35 guest. All the guess LOVED them!

When I was little my mom mailed me a message in a bottle when my parents were on a vacation and it totally made my day. I can see why your guests loved getting those invites!

Thank you! I did pay more for them!! I wanted to try to get guest excited about the beach & the wedding bc its a destination. I had a choice of glass bottles that had to be mailed in a box or plastic and I sprung for the glass. I'm so glad I spent the extra and got glass because they came out sooooooo much nicer!! It's a splurge but because we're having a destination wedding in Key West I had less invitations to send out. Only needed 35. The bottles cost some were around the $75 price range with shipping but I got the bottles, corks, and boxes. Then I had to go to Micheals to buy the sea sells, sand, stuffing, raffita and starfish. The starfish cost the most ($4.75 per 4), sand ($3 or $4), stuffing (3 bags at about $3 each), small sea shells ($3 or $4), raffia ($4), shipping was around $3.90 each. Kinko's printing was about $65. Last min invites after I ran out was a 6 pack of plastic bottles and another bag of sea shells. The last min invitations were mailed in the plastic bottle with out sand in them and no cardboard box. They went through the mail as is. Most all guest called, text, or emailed to say how nice the invitation was and my cousin even posted a picture of hers on her Facebook page.
