vendor tipping suggestions

My wedding is now 9 days away.  Can those with experience, give some suggested amounts for tipping, who to tip, etc.?  The venue coordinator has a fee on our contract, do we still tip?  The shuttle driver's tip is included.  I've read the band gets tipped..but were having a 10 piece band that was expensive! Still tip?  Feeling overwhelmed...but want to get it all situated.  Thanks for any info. you can provide!

    Hi bdmc -
    A general rule of thumb is that you don't tip the owner of a company, unless they go over and above.  So for example, you wouldn't tip your photographer if they own the company, but you would tip the 2nd shooter or assistant. 
    Check your contracts - if gratuity is not included, it's nice to show your appreciation for a job well done.  Also, don't under estimate the power of a hand written thank you note and/or review - which can be used by vendors to show prospective clients.
