ok. Use the html ticker code:

then, for the picture you have to have it online (lame.) tinypic.com works the easiest. You'll get a code from them too.

So you're whole thing should be something like this: The whole mess of stuff. The red part is where you put the link from tinypic (the last one listed). The blue is where you can adjust how big the picture is. oh, and the <br /> is a break to shove them on separate lines.

This is what I got when I copied that. Server Error in '/profiles' Application. Unable to load DLL 'libtidy.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

When you're on the tinypic website, it should give you four options for code:

you want to copy/paste that very last option. (it ends in .jpg)
