Hi! I am planning a wedding for next summer at The Towers and I'm totally overwhelmed at trying to figure out catering there. I love Russel Morin's food style, but it seems like its going to be totally expensive! My in-laws are handling the bar, so my family is in for food, service, linens, china, etc.,
Anyone having a similar guest count adn willing to share which catering company you're using and the cost? I've reached out to just about everyone on th"pre-qualified cater" list and even someone named Chef Roland whose not on the list but come HIGHLY recommended.
