Short hair up-do's?

Does anyone with short hair have a cute up-do they are going with? My hair is barely past my neck....I was debating this style but my MOH said it's not very "fancy" for an up-do, more like every day where. Thoughts or share what up-do you are considering?

I am not sure where you BM lives, but that hairstyle is NOT everyday wear as far as I am concerned!! I think it would look very pretty done like that on your wedding day!

I agree with PP. I think that's awesome. You could always add some blingy clips to it or a fascinator if that would make it more "fancy."

I agree with PP. I think it is cute and I wish my hair would do something like that. Also, you really should pick a hair style that YOU like. I had a friend that was pressured to do an up-do because it was more formal and she ended up hating it and to this day wish she wore her hair down because it is more her.

I am looking for some options also bc my hair is just at the bottom of my neck, really, if you were to grow your hair a bit longer they can usually get it all up.
I was in 2 weddings last summer and grew my hair out, it was shorter than my collar bone and they were able to do 2 different updo's...other b-maids were actually shocked that they were able to get it all up, it just takes a LOT of bobby pins and hair spray. (The pics below are to show you my length before putting it up, I'm the one on the right and then the up-do).
I'll probably do a 1/2 up 1/2 down look with some curls or something, but dont want to look like Shirley Temple so I'm contantly looking for pics:)
