E-pics in Providence area

We just recently booked our photographer for our August wedding and we can get our engagement pics done anywhere within a 60 miles radius of Providence, which leaves alot of options! Does anyone have any suggestions? I hate the winter so I was thinking we could wait until the spring near the water, but I'm open to anything!

We did our e-pics at Roger Williams park. We basically went from one end of the park to the other, there soooo many photo opportunites there. We started at the casino and ended at the temple of music. Also, i think we will do another shoot this winter in downtown prov by the river and around the ice skating rink. :)

We did our e-pics in downtown Providence like around Waterplace park which provided a beautiful urban backdrop. Link below

Other places to consider are the State house, RISD museum or other parts of the East Side. Clouds Hill Victorian Museum in Warwick looks picturesque too.

We did ours at Borderland State Park in Easton, MA.  I'd never heard of it but it was an amazing place to take pictures.  They have a ton of different areas.  There is a mansion, gardens, open field, and also a pond and hiking trails.  We were able to get a bunch of great pictures.  PM me if you'd like to see any of them.

The great thing about New England is that there is no shortage of great places for pictures.  Choosing a favorite place can be the difficult part :-)

We did ours in Newport. You can do some fun ones along Thames street by the old houses and such, in a cozy pub, or go down to the docks or beach for a nice calm backdrop. There's also Cliff Walk overlooking the ocean - spectacular!
