  Go on Etsy.com and ask someone to make them for you. Or design them yourself and get cardstock to print them on. Or maybe something like VistaPrint can print for you. Or an in-person place like Office Max?

  I did some cute ones with Mickey Mouse...that said MIC--See you real soon! KEY--Why because Matt and Michelle are getting married and I used a photo of us with Mickey from our Disney Cruise earlier this year.

  I don't know what your budget is, but it would be cute to get those big colorful lollipops that are in the shape of mickey and send them with the STD Card!

  My original plan was to make them look like Fast Passes though I'm not sure as a few plans are up in the air right now if we're going to use the idea.
