thank god we did not reserve anytime limo for our wedding and this was just for a blackhawks game. but i just want to warn all the brides out there. my finace booked this company and clearly did not read any reviews. here is the story...
they picked us up ontime and we arrived early which was fine. then we called alex at 7 and asked if they could pick us up 30 min later at 10:30 in case the game went into overtime which it did. it took us 20 minutes to find the limo after the game because the driver did not know where the billy goat was. when we got in the limo we were informed that we were going to be charged $1.20 a minute extra. alex was very disrespectful and even was swearing at us over the phone. very horrible customer service!!!
when we finally arrived home, alex wouldn't answer his phone and tell us teh exact amount we were going to be harged. we waited an additional 30 minutes, while alex was texting his driver that the driver "couldn't control his customers" WE WILL NEVER USE ANYTIME LIMO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
