Dress is finally in!

I'm so incredibly excited! I just got a call from Kleinfelds that my dress is finally in! My first fitting isn't until September 14th but wow, it feels so real now.  I can't wait to see it again.  (It's Maggie Sottero's Parisianna.)

    So I have a question for you. I watch SYTTD and I'm always curious how much alterations cost at Klienfelds. Sometimes they don't say anything and other times there's a girl adding a piece of lace to her dress for $1300! Did they quote you a cost when you got your dress? (If I'm being too nosy feel free to tell me to shove off).

    Yay! I'm a Maggie bride too, I'll be wearing Desirae, how much do you love the bubble hem? I think it's the best thing ever! :)

    I don't mind at all! Alterations are a set price. Which is good because my hips are slightly too large for the 4 so they're going to have to take in the 6 a lot I think.  I'm trying to remember how much alterations are but I want to say around $700.
