Aulettos in Deptford is nice.  The room facing the lake would be good for about 80 people.

I have a friend who used Summit Catering and her budget was around the same as yours.  They have alot of different locations in the Burlington/Camden county areas.  Also you should look into maybe having a daytime wedding/reception.  My FI and I are doing that and its saving us a ton!  We are getting married at Lucien's and it was a good 40 dollars cheaper a person to have a day time reception.

I just got married in December at The Castle in Delran and it was excellent.  The staff there is top notch and there was a ton of food which was all delicious and the cake (included in price) was soooooo yummy too!  We got a discount for getting married in December and I know they also offer discounts for Friday and Sundays, so you def can stay within your budget there.

The Tomasello Winery in Hammonton is within your budget.  They max at about 150 for guest count though.

Shannon's Country House in Atco....I am doing a package for 59.99 per person, but with tax and gratuity it ends up 70 per person...don't forget about tax and gratuity.

My package is for a Saturday night in July....buffet dinner (sit down meal is same price), full open bar, passed hor'douves (sp?) during cocktail hour, the cake.

I had my wedding reception at Fontana's in Maple Shade in August.  Their basic package would be in your price range including tax and gratuity.  The food is amazing too since it is above the Italian restaurant owned by the same people.  http://www.cafefontana.com
