David and I eloped to Bar Harbor, ME and got married on Sand Beach in Acadia Nation Park on August 10...just the 2 of us!

Our photographer was great, flowers were beautiful, and my hair/nails were how i wantted (can't fault the hair stylist for the rain!). We had a fabulous dinner at Bar Harbor Inn with a great seat by the windows.
It's crazy to think that this would be crunch time for the wedding we were planning September 17 - I am so happy with the decision we made!
For RI vendors, I had my dress altered by Rose, who was great (no surprise there!)....I also bought a hair barrette made out of shells from Seashells In Bloom in Newport....I kind of wish I had asked them to make my bouquet/David' boutenierre, but it was too late by the time I thought of it.
I may be listing some for sale stuff soon - I have a case of cylinder vases not even opened, maybe 15 sets of 3...also 3" floating candles and about 60 votives in glasses...just have to get motivated!
In other news, we moved to CT - I have been a RI'er my whole life, so this is a huge change for me - started a new job yesterday!
I hope everyone is doing ok and was not overly impacted by the huerricane - we lost power for a week, but no damage
