Cake opinions needed please!!!

I am going to have mini cakes for my wedding cake from Gimme Some Sugar and after reading previous posts from Brides, I read that the Sexy Red Velvet and Luscious Lemonberry are recommended but we can pick 3 flavours and need help please with the 3rd flavour.  We live in Scotland so we can't try out any flavours beforehand.

I'm thinking of Tuxedo - alternating layers of ultimate chocolate cake and bouncy white butter cake filled with dark chocolate granache.

Any other suggestions or recommendations!

    I am not familiar with the bakery you are using, but I think the three flavors you picked sound amazing!

    I had them send me a DIY cake tasting and the Red Velvet and Luscious Lemonberry are YUMMY! =) and I am actually waiting for delivery of another DIY so we can decide on another flavor...
