Time line HELP!

My ceremony is at 4pm.  What time should I schedule my hair and makeup. What have other bride done?  What time for photographer, how much time did you schedule for pictures with bridesmaids before wedding.

    Here is mine I just did it for our Photographer:

    9:00-1:00 Girls getting Hair & Make-Up at Portsmouth Spa (No Photographer, No Videographer)

    1:00 Guys start getting ready (photographer)

    1:30 Girls have lunch at NEC (No Photographer, No Videographer)

    1:30-2:30 Photos with Groomsmen, and Groom (photographer)

    2:30 Girls start to get ready (photographer)

    3:00-3:40 Photos with Bridesmaids and Bride (photographer)

    3:15 Guys arrive at Huddleston Hall

    3:30 First Shuttle of Guests arrives

    3:45 Girls and Bride’s family leave for Huddleston Hall (photographer)

    4:00 Ceremony starts (Photographer, Videographer)

    4:30 Ceremony ends

    4:30-5:50 Pictures at Huddleston Hall and New England Center

    5:00-6:00 Cocktail Hour for guests

    6:00 Bridal Party Entrance

    6:15 First Dance

    6:25 Grace

    6:30 Dinner

    7:30 Speeches

    7:45 Cake Cutting/cupcakes to be served

    8:00 Father/Daughter, Mother/Son Dances

    8:30 Reception Starts
