Today: Rest day... I need it.... I am SOOOO sore!!!! FI is too!

    Today's goal: 26
    Complete: 31!

    I enjoyed my rest day, but I was ready to get back to it! I could really feel the pushups this morning, but they are getting easier!!

  • So I am trying to do mine in the AM before I go to work.  I tried my W1D2 program this morning, but there is a pretty serious bruise on my palm from my wipeout yesterday so I could only do 6 with the pain from the pressure.  :(

    I am going to try to do them again when I get home and maybe it will be better, otherwise I will have to try tomorrow. 

    PS: I am still sore from Monday's workout!  Oh boy...

    I'm on W2D2. I should start including that in my updates.

    I also think we should come up with another name for the Accountability thread since some of us are going to start doing more than push ups.

    That's totally along the lines of what I was thinking. As long as everyone is cool with it and will know what it is that works for me!
  • Tonight I will do W1D2. I'm doing both the push up and sit up Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Then I also started the squate challenge last night, so my legs are killing me today! So the squate challenge will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Today's goal: 20 push ups, 25 sit ups

    A little bit but it's not killing me.  I'm sure on Thursday though it will be from what I have to do at work tomorrow and then the challenge.

  • Chelsea- I'm trying usually I am not at all! But I'm trying to whip myself into shape! But trust me most of my body hurts haha!
  • I'm on W1D2 tonight
    Program goal=16, Personal goal=20
    I did 2 "test" days prior to W1D1 because FI said I was being too hard on myself and trying to do military pushups (touching my nose to the ground).

  • W1D2 for me. FI did them with me and he was pretty nice about it and I didn't feel insecure about it. I'm not sure what the program goal was but on the last set I was supposed to do a minimum of 4 and I did 12, for a total of 24.


    Sometimes I get this sharp pain in my shoulder, and sometimes my wrists hurt when I'm doing it, and today my knees hurt afterwards since I'm doing girly pushups. :( I've had lots of joint and other problems in the past so I'm going to try not to push myself so far I burn out physically; better to ease into it and keep going without any major pains!
