  I hate that feeling!  I never really wore rings before.  I've actually been in such a rush sometimes trying to leave the house that I've forgotten my ring!  It was such a strange feeling and though I'm sure no one noticed I felt like I had to tell them that we were still on for the wedding

  Hana. You poor thing. I have a simple band for when I can't wear my E-ring, because I have anxiety when I don't have it on. I can sleep at night either if its not in a certain spot. Thank god for anxiety medication or id be a complete basket case. Lol

  A few people at work knew that FI and I were having our first marriage prep class this weekend so they were concerned when they didn't see a ring on my finger today! LMAO

  Hahaha. That's too funny. I have learned not to say anything when I don't see a ring. 2 years ago I was at a christening, and one of my old friends was supposed to be getting married a few months later. I hadn't seen her since the engagement so I asked how things were going and said I wanted to see the ring. She answered back with, oh I don't wear it anymore. I was confused and said why, did you lose too much weight? She said no, we're not together anymore. I told him last night that I have been cheating on him for a year and that Im pregnant with the other guys baby. She said this in church! I almost DIED! I thought lighting and the wrath of God was going to kill her. Lol.

  Im jealous of you all. I can't wear my ring at either of my jobs, and since I am at work 75% of my day, I tend to forget I even have a ring. I have gone places plenty of times without it because my mind always says "you can't have it on!"

  I didnt have my ring for 8 weeks when we first got engaged, because it is an older ring and it needed some reworking to get a new band. But I defiinitely felt the same way Mama! Wanted to wear a shirt everyday that said "I REALLY AM ENGAGED!!! I DIDNT MAKE IT UP!" haha.

  
  

  On a side note, I wear a claddagh ring everyday. One day,before we were engaged, in a rush I put my claddagh on upside down, meaning I was single. My co-worker spotted it immediately and asked me "What happened? Did you guys break up?!". I couldnt believe she noticed it so quickly!

  I didn't get my ring until almost 4 years later.  It was above our TV, that long, because he didn't have the money to finish it.  Everyone kept asking for the ring and I said I didnt get the ring right away I got a house.

  I went with FI to the jeweller to shop for wedding rings today.  The jeweller offered to clean my E-ring, and I felt completely uncomfortable for the 10 minutes that it was off my finger!  I never wore rings before getting engaged, but now my ring is a part of me!

  Ugh, I know the feeling. I get mine redipped once a year and they keep it for about 48 hours. I keep telling myself to get a cheap ring to wear during that time but I have yet to do it.

  That's the worst!! When I took mine to get resized I didn't want to give it up... The guy looked at me and whispered, "Come back in 4 hours." I did and BOOM my ring was done haha. Nothing wrong with a few tears to speed up the process
