  I decided today to try tulle pom-poms this weekend. I have to go to the fabric store anyway, so I think I'll pick up a few yards and try this out. I want to match the tulle and ribbon in my crinoline. I think I'll try the garland if I like the poms.
  
  Anyone tried this? Looked fairly straightforward and I have the tools.
