How to get rid of this baby fat!?

I have a 6 month old daughter, and during my pregnancy I gained 60 pounds! I am getting married in August, and I am in need of some way to help get these pounds off! I have been eating healthy but I am seeing no results. Help!!

Re: How to get rid of this baby fat!?

  • A lot of people, including myself, calorie count. I use myfitnesspal, but there are others out there like sparkpeople. I started off using it without making any changes to my diet, so I would know what I am actually putting in my body on a daily basis and it was very surprising. With MFP I lost 22 lbs before my wedding and lost another 5 in the month after the wedding. I've kind of slacked on keeping track of what I eat, but am starting to get back into it. Most people don't like counting calories because it's annoying to enter every single thing you eat into it, but the more you do it, the easier and less annoying it is. I also try to fit in as much cardio and strength training as I can, which has been hard with the hours I work.

Good luck! I'm sure you're going to look fabulous on your big day no matter what!

  • I've heard of alot of people trying the 30 day shred by Jullian Micheals(sp) and say it works really good. I haven't tried yet, but I might id I don't start loosing my baby fat soon!

diet in exercise are key.. goal is to caculate what you want your weight to be and current weight plus height and get you daily calorie intake. plenty of free calculators out there..as far as seeing results if your mainly focuse on weight loss focus on cardio and abs..as you get more advanced move your way into hiit cardio...
