Outdoor wedding, on a budget. Ideas and help appreciated

Hi, My weddings coming up in June 2011. I reeeally want to have an outdoor wedding. But I also want to have a place that I can change and get ready indoors. We will also be cooking the food so a kitchen would be nice to. I'm on a strict budget, but do have some friends and family helping out. My ideal place would be a cabin with a biiig yard for the ceremony. Wedding and honeymoon in one! Or just a nice vacation rental with enough space for the outdoor ceremony and dinner. My weddings going to be casual, were making the food, and about 75 guests. I live in utah county, and I prefer utah county. But Im open to ideas as long as theyre not to far from utah county. Thank you guys so much, if you have any ideas or have had a similar place for your wedding the help would be greatly appreciated! I am looking to spend anywhere up to 500ish on the venue.
ponds, river a plus!
Also looking for DJ, table and chair rentals

You could try Mt Timpanogas Park or Nielson's Grove Park. Mt Timp is just barely into Provo Canyon and I believe Nielson's Grove is in Orem kind of by Stevens-Henager College. You can find both of their info on Orem City website. If you aren't a resident however I think you have to wait until Feb or March to book the sites so thats a downer but they are both gorgeous sites. Also have you tried budget wedding rental for tables, linens, centerpieces, etc...They had really great prices when I was looking as well! Congrats I am getting married the same month!

Not sure on pricing, but you could try the Sundance area. I know they've got facilities for events, and there are a lot of pretty areas outdoors. Stewart Falls is a short hike out, too.

My cousin suggested American Fork Ampitheater to me.  It's really pretty and budget!  I haven't looked into much, but I'm sure there's somewhere to change and get ready indoors.

sundance is really expensive everywhere you go up there. And there isn't anywhere to get ready at the amphitheatre so you would have to make sure you get ready elsewhere.
