Florist nightmare. Need a new one by September! Any suggestions?

I recently found out from my florist that she no longer will help with the decorations of the wedding and will only supply the flowers. I really want someone to help the day of the wedding to set up not only the flowers but other decorations. Are there any florists that will do this? Is this something that can be requested to be done by the florist or is this out of their scope? Any suggestions would be wonderful. I am so worried that I will not be able to find one in time since our wedding is in September.

Hmm, don't know.  I'm using Added Touch Flowers (http://www.anaddedtouchflowers.com/).  She works out of her home, but she seems really helpful.  I think she might be willing to set up arrangements.  I'd give her a call.  The only problem with her is the tight timeframe... I think she gets booked pretty far out.

What's your floral budget and location?  I might know someone, but location is important.  She's in SF, but will travel a bit out of the city.

I used Nicole Ha for our wedding. She's based in San Jose, but travels. She can be pricey (depending on what your budget is), however she was totally worth it. She did a fabulous job on the day of with our bouquets, designing our space for the ceremony, then coordinating the move from the ceremony site to reception site.
    Best of luck!

My aunt is doing my flowers. She can pretty much recreate anything you want. She lives in San Jose. If you need her info let me know.

I used Three Sisters Flowers in Palo Alto.  Our venue provided centerpieces but I decided to use those for 1/2 the tables and then have the florist do tall centerpieces for the other 1/2 to make it prettier.  She did a great job with that and she arranged the flowers deciding which tables would look best with tall vs. short centerpieces.  She then arranged the extra 1/2 from the venue on other tables and the bar.  Susan also is a wedding coordinator (although we didn't hire her for that) so perhaps you could work something out.  Good Luck!!
