I went today and it went well! She spent forever working on my bustle (a good 30 minutes). We are doing a french bustle as I have one of those dresses that has lots of the organza tiers (is that the right description? IDK. This is the first time I've sat down today) and a good sized train and she worked until we were both happy with it. Then we worked through how she was going to take it in (the dress was/is about 2 sizes too big since I bought it about 11 months ago) and putting cups in it. She was very patient and explained everything to me and went over all the costs. She was sweet and while not the most talkative person, she tried to make small talk (I'm not good at it either, so that doesn't help).
She did not have a *ton* of wedding dresses there (maybe 10?) but quite a few BM and FG dresses, as well as other formals. I don't know how her pricing compares to others, but she was right in line with what I expected (especially with how many points the bustle was), if not under. She said she has time to take on other brides in my wedding time frame (April) and I am supposed to go pick the dress up on February 10th.
So any questions, LMK. I am pleased so far. We'll see how pleased I am in a month
