They are the casual pages. And 5 extra "lined guest pages" as you'll see on their website. I do wish I had used it. I just got overwhelmed in the weeks leading up to the wedding and didn't get the polaroid camera to go with it! Post here and I can post my e-mail address or e-mail you. It cost me about $50, but if you pick it up from my house (in Ravenswood) I'll let you have it for $25.
