  I'm using Clewell Photography and they're within your budget.  They did our engagement photos in my planning bio in my siggy.  We've been really happy with them (husband/wife team).

  BFP #3 July 2012 = EDD 4/1/2013
  BFP #2 May 2012 = loss at 4w3d

  There are tons of great options in your price range, so don't feel too discouraged! I am not sure if he is available, but I used Troy with Pixelposey photography and he was amazing.

  Not sure if my photographer  Katrina is available, but she is great.   Studio Laguna Photography.   Definitely sounds like she would be up your alley.
