Abita Quail Farm

Has anyone been to a wedding at the quail farm in Abita Springs? I eally want to book there but Id like some input from someone who has seen it decorated and ate the food

    I went to a wedding there about 6 years ago. I am sure it has changed since then but it was really beautiful. The ceremony was there as well. It was outside and very pretty and probably what i remember most about the event. I also liked how they had birds everywhere! ha! I think its a great place!     Don't believe a thing NOLAbrideinDC says!!  Ha!!  Just kidding!!  She's my friend. :-)

    I totally agree with her.  I've been to a wedding there as well and a prom.  The food is good and always has been.  The wedding was very nice and I loved that it was outside and by the water.  I'm not sure if you are having your ceremony there or not, but I think you will be happy with your wedding and reception if you have them there.  Congrats and good luck!

    My friend got married there just a few months ago, and it was nice.  There's an upstairs section where the bridal party can slip away for a little while and eat (there's antlers on the wall up there, though...).  Lots of open dance space.  It was insanely hot for her wedding, so everyone was inside, but the grounds are GORGEOUS.  The birds roam around, there's a wooden deck/porch where you enter.  Plenty parking,  Nice.  Good luck!
