  I once upon a time had a wedding planned at the
  Semple Mansion on Friday, Jan. 18th 2013, but the wedding has been
  called off and I’m stuck with a non-refundable deposit and full rental
  fee.

  The Semple Mansion is allowing me to sublease the date, so if anyone is interested please comment.
  
  For more than half off the rental fee, the subleaser would receive access to the mansion the
  entire day on Jan. 18, including the foyer, Copper Lounge, wine
  grotto, ballroom, bridal suite and groom billiards room. The price
  would also include the following;

  Taxes
  Chavari Chairs
  Dinner
  Tables Security
  5 High Top cocktail tables
  Parking for 200 cars
  5 Low Top cocktail tables
  Set up/Clean Up
