I've been really struggling with this whole DJ thing lately and I finally gave in and listened to the advice of all of you wonderful ladies. I called up Jay Edwards and I couldn't have been more happy with him. I wanted to book him that second but resisted in order to confirm with FI, who was instantly sold when I mentioned that he was a Magic announcer. So predictable! Anyway, I'm pretty excited about it and I owe it all to you ... Thanks!

amor... i believe it's 850 if you tell him you're from the knot. i'm paying 1000 and that includes 8 uplights.

Him being the back up announcer for the Magic was half the reason I wanted him! Then, when I met with him, I knew he was exactly what we wanted for the wedding! He fits perfectly into our "Orlando Magic" themed wedding, and he is super stoked for all of the things I am in the process of planning for the big day :-)

Amor, the price quote of $850 that Theresa gave is right w/ $100 discount if you tell him you're a knot bride. He'll ask. That is for 4 hours. He does uplights for $150 and an additional hour is $150, in case you need cocktail hour as well. I would also recommend calling him as he's a little slower with the emails. He was so nice on the phone that it made me feel even more confident about my decision
