Rehearsal Dinner Options in Madison

I have exactly 1 month from today until my wedding and boy is the stress starting to hit! I haven't had much, if any, stress so far until lately. We still have a few things to figure out including where to have our rehearsal dinner. I have seen people post things on here about places in Milwaukee but wondering about places in Madison. Our rehearsal itself will be at our ceremony location in Fitchburg but we need to find a place for our dinner. It would be nice if it would be a place where we can bring in our own food if we want. We want it to be as cheap as possible. We are thinking there will be close to 40 people there. (we have a big wedding party with 6 bridesmaids/6 groomsmen/2 ushers, etc)

Any suggestions will help!!

Thanks!

That's a tough one, I can't really think of a place that you can bring our own food. FI grew up and Fitchburg and we are having the RD at the Great Dane.

Do you think you could do something outside at a park? I know there are a lot of nice parks in that area.

What about a church hall or community center? Fitchburg has a pretty nice community center.

We had thought about the Fitchburg Community Center but we had emailed them a long time ago about having our reception there but you can't reserve it until June due to construction.

Beckster- How much is it to have your RD at The Great Dane there? (if you don't mind me asking) Are you having many people at your RD?

Call 8 seasons grill and see if they can fit your group.  They have planned last minute parties in the past.  They probably don't have a set price and you would just have to ask.
