Final Meeting with Pastor...

Tonight we had our final meeting with the pastor before rehearsal on Friday.  Just going over the details on how its all supposed to go kind of made me tear up a little bit, I think i'm gonna be emotional on the day of, but i'm gonna try and keep myself together.  When we got to our vows, the Pastor was reading them and had a pretty good chuckle.  We added a line into traditional vows, so its going to be fun to see how the crowd reacts  :)   I'm so excited for this Saturday, everything seems to be falling into place finally.

    We are adding/rewording the traditional "if anyone has reason that these two should not be wed, please speak now or forever hold your peace." We're changing it to "if anyone has reason that these 2 should not be wed, please mind your own business."

    Ours is tonight (Tuesday).  On Sunday, I spoke with the Pastor to set up the time.  We briefly discussed a few things with the church wedding coordinator and the organist.  i really started to get nervouse all of a sudden.  Like butterflies in the stomach nervous!  I am going to be a mess on the big day!!!

    I love that!  Our Pastor is an older guy who is semi-retired.  He is pretty funny and is known to throw in extra lines in wedding ceremonies (nothing bad) We have a feeling when he does the presentation of the couple that he is going to throw in something in relation to our vows that will get the crowd chuckling.
