Rehearsal Dinner Places on a budget

Hi everyone!  Apparently I'm running behind on everything so now I'm desperately trying to catch up.  We will be having the rehearsal a week before the wedding at our reception venue (which is where we are also getting married) and it will be around 11 a.m.  So...we pretty much won't be having a dinner but more like lunch. 

Does anyone have ideas for places is South Jersey that are not too expensive?  We were kind of also thinking about a barbeque at someone's house but I'm not sure...

    Where is your venue?  Just so we can suggest places that are close.

    Oh yea that would help!  :)  My venue is the Trump National Golf Club of Philadelphia (formally the Pine Hill Golf Club) in Pine Hill, NJ.

    I like the bbq idea. It's informal and would be more relaxed.

    Another inexpensive idea is to find a pizzeria/restaurant and have a pizza party.  It would be fairly inexpensive and you wouldn't have to worry about cleaing/prep work at someones housse.

    I'm planning my rehearsal dinner right now and am having the SAME problem in South Jersey. Ours is the night before--a SATURDAY--which is posing a big problem b/c no one wants to give up their whole restaurant for the night. Did you think about Villari's Lakeside? or Filomena? They are both beautiful and the food is GREAT!
