I did it and got off my butt and went to the gym last night! I ran a 5K. I'm really competitive so I was a little bummed when my time was 10 more seconds than I'd hoped. Not too shabby for not running for almost a week. I ended the workout with some stretching and abs. I'm hoping to get back to the gym tonight for another quick run and some arms.
