Though not the one I talked about earlier. This house is a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath brick home. It has only been built for about 3 months and has served as the model home for a new neighborhood. It will have all stainless steel appliances, come with a washer and dryer, and the builder is not only paying closing costs but also throwing in a PS3! We really hope they accept our offer and we can get this house! Prayers are appreciated!
