"The Town"

DH and I liked it.  It did kind of lull in the middle.  It's about four guys who knock off banks and money trucks in a depressed neighborhood in Boston.  The story really focused on two of the guys more than the other two.  I thought Ben Affleck did a good job both acting and directing.  I barely recognized Blake Lively (she was hookered out).  John Hamm makes a pretty hot lawman.   The end was pretty predictable. 

We'll probably own this one on blu-ray when it comes out.  It might be in DH's stocking if it comes out in time for Christmas.

    We saw it, too.  I like it more than I expected because I usually don't like Ben Affleck.  I was a little less than impressed with Jon Hamm's performance, but I just don't buy him as an FBI agent. 

    Those nun masks were creepy.  I wet my pants a little.

    The nun masks WERE creepy!!  Especially with the tongues hanging out.  ::shudders::

    I didn't like the first masks they were wearing either. 

    I thought John Hamm got better as the movie went on.
