  Sorry that it took me so long to reply. I was in Atlanta this past weekend for a conference. They wanted $13.00 a day for internet, so I went without. Haha.
  
  1.First Name & FI's First name and wedding date? Lacey & Caleb - December 18, 2010
  2. Where did you go to college? Tallahassee Community College & Flagler College
  3. What part of the world do you live in? Florida
  4. How did you and FI Meet? We met in Sunday School back in 8th grade.
  5. How long have you been together? We have been together for 3.5 years.
  6. Do you live together? Why or why not? No, our parents would flip. Also, he is in North Carolina working on a NASCAR race team and I'm here in Florida finishing up my schooling.
  7. How did FI propose? After dinner on Christmas Eve in my drive way. He got done on one knee and asked me to marry him. My first response was "Really?!" He had convinced me two nights before that he wouldn't be able to get a ring until the summer at least.
  8. How long of an engagement are you having/did you have? Why? When we get married we will have been engaged for just about two years. We wanted to wait until I'm done with school since I have scholarships and grants here in Florida.
  9. Favorite wedding vendor so far? Definitely my photographer, Long's Photography. They're wonderful people and I love their work.
  10. Biggest piece of wedding advice you can share so far? If it's something you want, and within budget, go for it. Also, don't stress the small stuff - it'll all work out in the end.
  11. What do you do for a career? What does FI do? Currently I'm a part-time office assistant and full time student. I'm in school and only one semester away from my Bachelor's of Elementary Education. Caleb is in charge of the suspension (and whatever else they tell him to do) on Jason Leffler's #38 Great Clips car in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.
  12. Do you think you could be/will ever be a stay at home mama? I would love to be a stay-at-home mom. However, I may end up being the bread-winner in the family, so that may not happen, which is alright. We would find a way to work it out though.
  13. Do you want children? Any potential names yet? Yes, we both want children and have said that 2 or 3 is what we would want. No names picked out yet.
  14. Do you have any pets? Names? Yep, I have a little dog. He's a 10 year old Labrador/Dachsund mix (he looks like a long mini-lab). His name is Zacch. We know that eventually we want to get an English Bulldog (Caleb's favorite) and a Great Dane (my favorite).
  15. Do you have any siblings? Yes, I'm the eldest of four girls. Caleb is the middle child. He has one older brother and one younger sister.
  16. What is your favorite food? Ice Cream
  17. What is your favorite movie? Oh boy, if I have to pick only one I'd have to say Dirty Dancing.
  18. What is your favorite drink? (Alcohol and Non-Alcohol) Well, I don't drink alcohol (I've just never really wanted to, no other reason). My favorite non-alcoholic drink is Cherry Coke.
  19. What is the hardest part of wedding plans for you? My Dad. He's still very bitter towards my mother. They're actually going to court tomorrow for a hearing. They were divorced about 9 years ago.
  20. Where are you honeymooning? We're going on a 7-day Carnival Cruise (on the Legend) to Grand Cayman, Isle Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel.
  21. What is the best thing you learned on The Knot? All the different decorating ideas and the advice from the other ladies on the community boards.
  22. What's one city you would love to live in for a year? Sugar Land, TX (it's just outside of Houston). That's where I did half of my growing up and I would love to go back.
  23. What do you love most about your FI? That he loves me for me and always knows how to make me laugh.
  24. If you have an extra $5000 to put towards your wedding only, what would you spend it on? A different reception venue so that we could have dancing and a DJ.
  25. What is one silly thing about you? I love watching the animated kids' movies (Disney, Dreamworks and Pixar). Caleb and I recently watched Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium and I thought it was great.
  26. What Knottie wedding would you love to attend? Well, it's actually one from the past. I would've loved to have been at griffin64's wedding. The pictures were gorgeous.
  27. What is something you learned from The Knot that you never heard of prior? Having different kinds of stations at the reception - the ice cream float station has been one of my favorites.
