i'm up early getting my oil changed- my car is going to hit 200K miles this week!!

what's everyone up to today? i am dying to get some color on me, so hopefully it's sunny here in charlotte. i haven't been to the pool at all this year!

    Morning!

    Sarah - You're lucky to have a pool! Our community is fairly new and our pool was supposed to be open Memorial Day weekend...so far we have the frame for a clubhouse and no sign of a pool anytime soon.  I was hoping to utilize that for some sun but I decided I better not wait up or else I'd be pale for the wedding.  Looks like it will be a beautiful pool day though!

    FI is out working in the yard...we've got some out of control weeds in the backyard.  The joys of homeownership....never a dull weekend!

    One of my best friends is getting married and she's having a Pampered Chef shower today.  I've never been to a Pampered Chef party but it seems like fun and I think we will all have a good time.

    We are avid followers of Groupon for the Charlotte area and picked up a $60 gift card to Levecchias.  I think we are going to give me a little break in the kitchen and venture uptown for some dining tonight.  BTW...if you haven't heard of Groupon check it out...there's always fabulous deals (and we especially love the dining part!).

    Getting super excited about our first (and only) shower next weekend.  My MOH and her family are hosting a Jack and Jill shower and I think its going to be a blast...Barbeque, Corn Toss, Friends...We're so excited!!

    What we are about to go tackle before it gets to hot! All the rain has made the weeds taller than the flowers we planted.

    I'm just getting ready to drive from Hilton Head to Kure Beach.  No good way to do it.  The wonderful thing is, they're both great destinations!

    Good Morning!!

    FI is out deep sea fishing with a bach party for one of his friends.  The wedding is next weekend.  Hmmmm  I think I will go shopping since I can't really do that with him.

    Morning. . .almost afternoon! DH surprised me this morning with breakfast in bed :o)

    Today is a lazy day for us. I had hoped to go ride, but it still hurts to put my boot on so thats out. We may venture to crabtree for some shopping. We still have GCs from the wedding.  Any othertime I could spend these bad boys, but for some reason, I'm being VERY particular with the GC we got. Lol.

    I think we'll be eating left overs from the G2G we had last night with our church group (sooo much fun) and breaking out a board game or two since we didn't actually get around to playing any Hha!

    Morning!  I'm going to get a free replacement phone today because mine keeps freezing.  And DH and I are going to see Toy Story 3 in 3D at the IMAX tonight for our 6 month anniversary.

    i LOVE groupon!! FI and I used a $40 gift card at Cajun Queen last night from Groupon! We almost got the Levecchia one too- it's so yummy!
