First, I SOLD the mermaid dress !!! I didn't even lose any money on it !! And, I sold it to a woman who has her wedding in 2 weeks, and have gained weight and can't fit into her original dress, and was totally stressed out. And, I gave her a deal on the dress, so the last thing she said was "You SAVED my wedding!"

Second !! I have been trying to figure out how to do some sort of canopy/arch thingy for the wedding. The ceremony is outdoors, and my eyes are SUPER sensitive to the sun. So, I wanted an arch/canopy thing that would actually give us some shade, instead of just being a focal point. I'm fine as long as the sun isn't directly in my eyes. So, I found a chuppah, which is normally used in jewish wedding ceremonies. But, its perfect. (see picture below) Downside, it was $250.00 bucks without the fabric.
I found one USED on Craiglist last night for 100 bucks, and already is draped with fabric !! Went and picked it up last night !!
