  I'd give them a color - maybe silver (my first choice) or nude or black - and let each bridesmaid pick something that they are comfortable in.  The shoes don't need to match.  I have exactly one picture from my wedding where you see the bridesmaids shoes closely enough to know they are different styles.

  White goes well with all shades of yellow.  Wedges work well for outdoor venues (won't sink in grass).

  I wore this same dress for my sister's wedding, but in purple.  Each bridesmaid wore silver shoes (of our own choosing).  Looked great.

  I agree that white or silver would look good.  If you want them all in the same color you can go to payless.  They have cheap CUTE shoes (different styles) that can be dyed that color.  I was in a wedding a few years ago and we all got to find our own shoes to match a light yellow dress like that and we all went to payless.  We had different styles but the colors all matched and we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg!

  The payless in my town does not offer that option anymore. I called and ask and they just stopped this a few months ago!

  Thanks everyone! I was thinking nice dress flip flops also but then I think I have been backing myself out of that idea! I also thought I wanted them in the same shoe but then I know some of the girls would be uncomfortable. I am thinking silver is probably going to be the best choice. If any other options let me know thanks

  Just keep in mind that if you dictate they all wear the same shoe (and I STRONGLY discourage that, for a variety of reasons), you have to pay for the shoes.  If you give them a neutral (silver, bronze, white, nude, black, etc) and let them pick out what specific shoe they want or wear something they already own you do not have to pay.

  Im not paying for the shoes for the girls. My girls are paying for everything them selves. The dress, shoes, hair, jewelry, ect.
