  Not sure about willow trees, but Selby Garden has nice Banyans and Oaks.

  I haven't visited myself, but my friends have all suggested Palma Sola Botanical Gardens for our venue.  I'm not certain if there's a willow tree there or not.  Maybe try out east, Verna Bethany Baptist church on 64 and Verna Bethany has a beautiful landscape with what may be willow trees, come to think of it.  Worth a shot.
