Garter

Hi, I was really hoping to get a fleur de lis garter, but am not sure where to look. Where did you ladies get your garters? Thanks!

    I'm pretty sure Tie the Knot Specialty Shop on W. Esplanade in Metairie has a fleur de lis.

    But if you or a friend/relative has a sewing machine it's also pretty easy to make one if you Google how to make a bridal garter, and Gary's arts and crafts near Ridgelake and 18th St. in Metairie has lots of different fleur de lis charms that you could sew on.

    There's also Etsy, they can do anything you want! My sister custom ordered mine and says it looks beautiful. She's not just sayng that either, because she is going to wear the same garter when she gets married too.

    Have you checked Gem's (the invitation place on Vets)?  I'm NOT a fan of Gem's (terrible customer service), but I know they have local-themed garters.  I remember seeing some LSU ones when Josh and I were in there shopping for invites.
