Good morning ladies! I am a litte later posting this today, but its been a busy busy morning! I will save the explanation of that for another post (not fitness related lol)!
So FI and I went grocery shopping last night and bought everything we'd need to start eating based on the seminar we were at on the weekend. I did explain this on a previous accountability post, however if you missed it, I also explained it on my blog

Obviously having just started it today I can't speak on the fact of whether it works or not, what I will say is I've never felt full without the need to snack all day until this. I am doing 6 meals a day, so they will be at 7am when I wake up, around 10am at work, 12:30ish (my scheduled lunch), around 3pm at work, 6ish when I get home from work and 8ish. The meals are small so you're not eating a ton each time (the one I just finished was an apple, some rolls of turkey breast and some almonds).
