Ok Ladies, I know I've sort of posed this question before (not exactly but kind of). I stopped eating canned fruit, I only whole fruit. I eat nothing white (no white rice, white pasta, white potatoes, etc), I only eat whole grains. And I do not use regular white sugar, I have been using Truvia in my coffee, which is the only time I ever add sweetener to anything (I know we're all divided on the fake sugars issue). My sugar levels are consistently way high when I log in my foods on MFP. MFP gives me a daily allowance of 24g of sugar. Even though I don't use any of the above mentioned things I find myself consistently going 10-15 (sometimes 20!) grams over a day. With that being said I do make sure to eat one piece of fruit everyday as a snack, which more often than not ends up being 2 pieces through out the day. I am seeing results everywhere except my tummy and I am worried it is due to these high sugar levels. Today I think I am at 34g for the whole day. I know sugar from fruit is "better" that processed sugar, but really it's still sugar. Any ideas on how to reduce my sugar intakes? Thank you!
