My fiance and I recently looked at the Woodwinds and we're thinking of booking with them for August of 2013, but before we do I was wondering if anyone could tell me about their experience?? How is it working with them? If you already had your wedding, how did it go? Is the food really as good as they say it is? Did the fact that they have two weddings at the same time negatively impact your event?? I'd really just like any info you have. lol My fiance and I have been engaged for 5 months, and have looked at several venues...this was the first one we liked. To be honest I was starting to think we wouldn't find a place and all I want is to set a date and get the ball rolling!!! So, I'm not sure if we're jumping the gun by booking with the first place we saw that wasnt just a huge parking lot with a little patch of grass and a gazeebo! Pictures can be sooooo deceiving! Aaaahhh I'm just so confused.
I should also mention that we plan on paying for the wedding in its entirety upfront when we book the date (in an attempt to maybe get a deal and just to cut down on later stress....so there's no turning back once we commit to a date. At the same time we cant really dilly dally when it comes to finding/booking a place because 2013 Saturdays are going quick (Woodwinds didn't have any Saturday evenings left in June!!!!!) Since, we dont have a whole lot of time to "sleep on it" I could really really use your advice!!! Please help
