    I wouldn't stay overnight in the castle again.. (I'm from the area.. been to many events including weddings there, and have stayed over night) I would stay at the newer inn they built. The outdoor weddings are gorgeous. I haven't liked the indoor affairs, feels kind of cheesy. However, the arch they used outdoors was kind of rusty, so I would definately have your florist decorate it!
    They do a great job coordinating the events as far as I can tell, and as a guest have always enjoyed myself. HTH
