desperately seeking venue

Hi, I am recently engaged to the most wonderful man in the world.  We are having a hell of a time finding a venue that suits our needs. We are looking for a house to rent that sleeps atleast 12 people that we can have the wedding at. Seems everywhere we find does not have ample space for this.  We live in Deerfield Beach, FL are are looking for a house on either the ocean or intercoastal between hollywood and west palm beach. We are having a lot of out of town guests so there will have to be a few hotels in the area. If anyone has any sugguestions they would be more than welcomed....

    If you haven't already, I would post this in your local board! The ladies there are much more familiar with venues in the area than those of us from all over :)
